A fishing camp in the Southern part of the Norwegian Nordland region
Open year-round, it offers cabin rentals, apartment accommodations, boat rentals, and fishing. Approved and registered tourist fishing company at the Directorate of Fisheries.
It is located in the Southern part of the Norwegian Nordland region near the island of Leka and 60 km from Rørvik.
Fishing
Very good sea fishing in the fjords. The campsite is well protected from strong winds.
Sea fishing
In early spring, large cod come from the sea into the fjords. Then of course there is good fishing in the summer season! In some places you can even catch salmon from the bank on a rod.
Freshwater fishing
There are trout in every body of water in the area.
Some of them are perfect for fly fishing. The nearest lakes are only a few km from the campsite.
Fishing licenses are required on the vast majority of lakes.
Otherwise, there are a number of salmon rivers, both in Nord-Trøndelag and in Nordland.
The most famous Åbjøru in Bindal.
Accommodations
Accommodation in cottage, apartments and flats + camping sites for motorhomes / caravans.
- The camp is open all year round.
- Bed linen and laundry can be ordered.
- Arrival after 2 p.m. Departure no later than 11 a.m.
Boats
The campsite offers 10 boats for rent. Boats are from 16 – 20 feet, with 25 – 75 hp with electric starter and helm console.
